How is my plan worked out?
Your plan is based on your store’s average orders per month over the last 3 months. If your store grows past its plan, you are only asked to move up after two months over the limit.
What are the rules?

- AzLytics is free for stores with up to 50 orders a month.
How do we keep prices low?
You buy AzLytics through the Shopify App Store, with published prices and monthly billing. There are no sales calls or annual contracts built into the price. And you pay by orders, not revenue, so brands with higher-priced products don’t pay more.
Why price by orders, not revenue?
Because brands with higher-priced products shouldn’t pay more for the same app. A store that sells $300 products pays the same as a store that sells $30 products with the same number of orders.
Is there a founding price for pilot brands?
Yes. Pilot brands get 30% off for their first 12 months on a paid plan.The pilot page explains who the pilot is for and how to join.

What counts as an order?
Every order Shopify records for your store counts. That includes orders that are later cancelled or refunded, and $0 orders.
What if I go over my plan?
Nothing changes straight away. Your plan is based on your 3-month average, and you are only asked to move up after two months over the limit.
Is there a contract?
No. There is no annual contract. Billing is monthly, and you can cancel any time.
How do I pay?
Through Shopify, monthly. Shopify asks you to approve the plan before any charge. You install AzLytics from the Shopify App Store.
